1) How fast do you ship?
We usually ship orders within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday). During busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.
2) Do you offer expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping options (if available) will show at checkout. Shipping speed depends on the option you select during checkout.
3) Where do you ship from?
We ship from New York, USA.
4) Can I choose colors or request a custom variation?
Yes — please contact us before placing your order using the Contact Us form. Tell us the exact color/theme/model and the quantity you need, and we’ll confirm what we have available. Once confirmed, we’ll make sure your order matches your request.
5) Are your items safe for toddlers?
Many items contain small parts and are not recommended for children under 3 years old. Adult supervision is recommended. (Choking hazard: small parts.)
6) What’s included in a set or bundle?
Each set/bundle includes everything needed to create 20 themed goodie bags, including 20 bags plus the matching toys/accessories to fill them. Candy/treats are not included.
7) Do the goodie bags arrive assembled?
Our sets are ready-to-assemble. That means you’ll receive a box with all items included, but the bags are not pre-filled. We do this to help keep items in the best condition during shipping (pre-filled bags can get wrinkled or damaged in transit).
8) How are items packaged?
We package orders carefully to help protect items during shipping. Most orders ship in our signature pink bubble mailer. Larger orders may ship in a larger mailer or a secure cardboard box, packed with protective materials as needed.
9) What if something arrives damaged or missing?
If something arrives damaged or missing, please contact us through Contact Us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to make it right — either by sending a replacement (when available) or providing a store credit for a future purchase.
10) Returns & exchanges
Because many of our items are party supplies and sets/bundles, all sales are final. If there’s any problem with your order (damaged or missing items), please contact us and we’ll make it right.
11) Can I add items to an order after I place it?
We’re not able to add items to an existing order once it’s placed. If you’d like additional items, please place a new order — it’s the fastest and most accurate way for us to process shipping and tracking correctly.
12) Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and shipping updates.
